This agreement sets the legal framework for cooperation between Erateek and its clients, ensuring rights and clear expectations.

1Scope of Work

Services and deliverables are strictly defined in the signed "Proposal" before commencement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement.

2Intellectual Property

Erateek retains rights to general tools and codebases used. However, the final design and project-specific content become fully owned by the client upon full payment.

3Payments & Timeline

We adopt a flexible payment system (typically 50% upfront, 50% on delivery). The client commits to providing content and feedback on time to ensure timely delivery.

4Warranty & Support

We offer a free 30-day warranty after launch to fix any bugs. Any design changes or new features after delivery are subject to additional costs.
